Road Tripping 1 ! Colmar Tropical, Bukit Tinggi

Hello again! :) This is definitely a super throwback post like many of my other posts, but hope it will help you readers to plan a trip.
Photo credits to Nasz. He risked his expensive camera while the car is in motion

Our first destination is Colmar Tropicale,  Bukit Tinggi, Pahang. The resort is gorgeous, it is actually inspired by some village located in France. I have been to this resort twice and loved it on both occassions. Getting here would be best to drive up.

This is really a charming resort, something about the architecure that made me fell in love with it so much.
Below are the two-story bedroom. Spacious for 5.
The first floor bedroom cum living room
Second floor bedroom.

Weather during the day wasnt cold, it was actually pretty humid, unlike during the night.
Nothing much to do there so we headed up to Japanese Garden. We literally had to HIKE up!!! On my previous visit ,there's a tramp that will bring us there but not this time round.

It was a tough leg excersise. Mind our faces , we almost decided to just lie down and let ourselves roll down back to the resort :0

But we did not gave up. There is nothing much, just some botanical garden, restraunt and a souviner shop. I didnt take photos im not sure why.Wanted to head to the rabbit park, just a big park where rabbits roam around freely but we had little time :(

We didnt dine in at resort area, so we decided to drive down to search (take note, we are on highland )and managed to find a coffee shop (kedai.kopi) which sold pretty good food.

Night time came and we watched some free belly dancing and cabaret.

The night scene was pretty magical, with fairylights lighting the small.
village.

There is a game room and casino but malays and muslims arent allowed to enter.
Here are last few photos before I end this post.

So this is it for part 1. Part 2 will be to Cameron Highland , thanks to Trajet!
